What is Stomach Sensitivity?
The stomach is located at the upper part of the abdomen, linking the esophagus to intestines. The main function of the stomach is to receive the food consumed by a person and transform it into a more liquid substance. • If the infection with stomach bacteria is not treated properly, it causes ulcers in the stomach.

There are some kinds of food that would improve the case of stomach sensitivity. These include some types of grains, low-fat dairy, lesser proteins, and hot drinks significantly help those who have problems with their sensitive stomach.
Drink water
People should drink around 4 liters of water every day. Patients who suffer from stomach sensitivity should carefully pay attention to the amount of water they consume. They might be having a chronic dehydration that has a negative impact on their stomachs. This would also have negative effects on the colon as well.
Reduce smoking, alcohol, and caffeine
At least one of smoking, alcohol, and caffeine would negatively impact a sensitive stomach. Patients who decrease the number of cigarettes they smoke, and also intake less alcohol and caffeine usually note that their situations are much better. For some patients, caffeine is considered an important element. They might think about reducing the cups of coffee they drink or at least change the timing of their coffees.
